Returns and Warranty Policy


Go Electronic Systems “”, handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase by completing an RMA “Return Merchandise Authorization” form found under the returns tab at the bottom of our website?

Please not if we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. The products purchased have to be returned in their original packaging without physical damage to the product or product packaging and complete including all instruction manuals, install tools, screws etc. If products are not returned in this state a 20% restocking fee may be incurred.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Go Electronic Systems “”,


All Bosch equipment we sell is covered by 3 year manufacturer’s warranty. NESS and Hills products have between 1 and 2 years warranty dependant on the product. All manufacture warranty is dependant on the equipment being installed by a licensed installer or electrician.

To claim warranty you need to complete an RMA “Return Merchandise Authorization” form found under the returns tab at the bottom of our website. Then print the completed form and return it with the product for warranty assessment.

The product will be assessed whether it has been damaged by misuse i.e. wired incorrectly by persons, who are not qualified, power surge damage i.e. hit by lightning through the telephone line. If it is deemed to be a product defect a new part will be sent to you at no cost or if the product is of significant expense it will be returned to the manufacture for repair.
